Horticultural Therapy Group ‘Greenfingers’

The Greenfingers group for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems meets twice a week helped by dedicated volunteers and is a central part of the Farm’s activities. They carry out garden maintenance, growing vegetables and producing plants for the annual plant sale. They work off site at a local allotment and at a children’s adventure playground helping to control the weeds. They go on a number of trips throughout the year, this year visiting various museums, the IMAX cinema, the London Aquarium and a trip down the Thames.
